When you book a holiday park in East Anglia, you’ll be staying in the East of England in the counties of Norfolk or Suffolk. Both of which are known for their wide open beaches, beautiful countryside and upmarket towns and villages. On the busier end of the scale, you’ve got Great Yarmouth, in Norfolk, which is known for its amusement arcades, holiday parks and whopping 15-mile-long beach. Further up the coast, Hunstanton makes an ideal family base, with its bowling, fun fair and SEA LIFE aquarium.
And, when you want to retreat, the Broads National Park – often just referred to as the Norfolk Broads – provides the perfect antidote. Birdwatching, walking, cycling and boating are the order of the day in Britain’s biggest protected wetland. Meanwhile, in Suffolk, you can stay in holiday parks near Kessingland, a seaside village with an untouched beach. When you want some more buzz, charming Southwold is just 20 minutes’ drive away. This quaint seaside town has made a name for itself with its quirky cafés and beach huts. Plus, it’s home to the popular Adnams Brewery.
